• Respect coaches, volunteers, and other players
• Engage in activities in a safe and respectful manner

2. Parental Consent

Participants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.

3. Payments & Donations

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Paid services (if introduced) will be clearly stated

4. Behaviour

Strategic Minds UK operates a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Discrimination
• Disruptive behaviour

6. Liability

We take all reasonable steps to ensure safety but are not liable for:

• Personal belongings
• Injuries outside negligence

7. Photography & Media

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use with consent.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update programmes, schedules, and policies as needed.
